Ellsworth BioEnergy Update

The Village of Ellsworth received notice today, April 3, 2024, from Ellsworth BioEnergy/Bigadan that they have withdrawn their special use permit application for an anaerobic digester plant. This brings this project to a close with no further action or agenda items to consider this application.
