Need to make a payment? Use the link below to pay for your utilities, dog licenses, parking tickets, building permits, operator licenses, taxes, etc. Credit, Debit, and E-Check Payments are accepted (a convenience fee is charged for this service. E-checks are a flat fee of $1.50. Credit and debit card fees vary based on the amount paid.)

**If you receive an "error" message when processing an E-check payment, contact our office before trying the payment again.

Avoid the fee by utilizing the 24-hour dropbox located near the main entrance at 130 N. Chestnut Street Ellsworth, WI 54011. You can always stop into the Village Hall during business hours to pay as well. 

Utility Bills

If you are interested in receiving your quarterly utility bill (water, sewer, garbage/recycling) via email versus a paper bill in the mail, please fill out the following form and return to the Village of Ellsworth. Completed forms can be dropped off in-person, in our dropbox, or by mail (130 N Chestnut St, Ellsworth, WI 54011).

Utility Bill Paperless Billing Opt-In Form

If you are interested in paying your quarterly utility bill automatically via ACH, please complete the following form and return it to the Village of Ellsworth. Your payment will be withdrawn from your banking account on the 1st of February, May, August, and November. Real Estate Property Taxes

Real estate property taxes are collected at the Village of Ellsworth Office until January 31 of each year. ALL PAYMENTS AFTER THIS DATE ARE TO BE PAID TO THE PIERCE COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE.
