Village of Ellsworth Water Survey

Please take this short survey to help us protect your drinking water. 

The Village of Ellsworth requests your help in completing this important survey to document the material of your water service line. The line you need to look at or take a picture of is the line that goes from the water meter to the outside of your house or business. This is typically in your basement or a utility room of some sort. The Village of Ellsworth is asking for this information to determine if there are any lead service lines in the resident’s service lines and for the completion of a lead service line inventory map. If you are not sure what material the water line is you can take a picture of it and email it to marcy@villageofellsworth.org.
