The Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., at the Village Hall lower level Board Room, (East rear entrance) 130 N Chestnut Street.  The purpose of this hearing is for the review and approval of the Kenneth J. Schingledecker and Jody L. Schingledecker Certified Survey Map, Town of Ellsworth, which falls into the Extraterritorial Subdivision and Platting Boundary of the Village of Ellsworth on the following property:

LOT 2 of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 33, Township 26 North, 
Range 17 West, Town of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin, described as follows:

Commencing at the W ¼ corner of said Section; thence N00-16-53W, along the west line of the NW 1/4, 666.09 feet to the northwest corner of the S ½ of said SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼; thence N89-38-48E, along the north line of said S ½ of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼, 50.00 feet the east right of way line of County Road C and being the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continue N89-38-48E, along said north line 983.00 feet; thence S04-49-38W, 116.12 feet; thence N85-41-53W, 127.38 feet; thence S01-45-34W, 142.30 feet; thence S87-02-38W, 199.16 feet; thence N01-29-02W, 57.31 feet; thence N10-13-12W, 100.75 feet; thence S89-38-48W; 623.09 feet to said east right of way line; thence N00-16-53W, along said right of way line, 100 feet to the point of beginning.  Subject to all easements and restrictions of record.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Village Board on September 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
