Public Notice

The Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at the Village Hall lower level meeting room, (East rear entrance) 130 N. Chestnut St.  The purpose of this hearing is to act on an application from Justin L. Billeter and Tamara L. Billeter on a request for a Land Use Permit for a proposed pole shed construction in the Town of Trimbelle, which also falls into the Extraterritorial Subdivision and Platting Boundary of the Village of Ellsworth:

    Lot 2, CSM Vol. 9, Pg. 159, being part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of 
    Section 24, Township 26 North, Range 18 West, Town of Trimbelle,
    Pierce County, Wisconsin, together with an easement over Outlot 1, 
Highland View Addition.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Village Board on September 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
