Public Notice

The Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 5:45 p.m., at the Village Hall lower level meeting room, (East rear entrance) 130 N. Chestnut St.  The purpose of this hearing is to act on an application from Scott & Hollie Forsman on a request for a Land Use Permit for a proposed garage construction in the Town of Ellsworth, which also falls into the Extraterritorial Subdivision and Platting Boundary of the Village of Ellsworth:

    Lot 1, CSM Vol. 10, Pg. 177, being part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of 
    Section 8, Township 26 North, Range 17 West, Town of Ellsworth,
    Pierce County, Wisconsin.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Village Board on September 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ASKED TO ATTEND.
