Public Notice: Special Use Permit/Ellsworth Bioenergy

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will hold a public hearing on July 20, 2023 at 6:30 p.m., at the Village Hall lower-level boardroom, (east rear entrance) 130 N. Chestnut St. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss an application from Ellsworth Bioenergy, agent, for property owned by the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, for a Special Use Permit for a Utility (Anaerobic Digester) on the following property:

Parcel Number 121-01152-0500
SW ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 20, T26N, R17W
Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, WI

The above request is pursuant to Section 46.045 Special Use Permits and Section 46.12 “Plan Commission” of the Village of Ellsworth Zoning Ordinance.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ASKED TO ATTEND.
