7.Discuss/Approve a Temporary Class “B”/ “Class B” Retailer’s License for the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Ellsworth Cheese Curd Festival, June 21st and June 22nd, 2024, located at all of Crosscut St., all of Wall St., all of Broadway St., East End Park (including the pavilions and Log Cabin), Associated Bank Parking Lot, and the Alley East of Associated Bank 8. Discuss/Approve a Street Dance License for the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Ellsworth Cheese Curd Festival, June 21st and June 22nd, 2024, located at all of Crosscut St., all of Wall St., all of Broadway St., East End Park (including the pavilions and Log Cabin), Associated Bank Parking Lot, and the Alley East of Associated Bank

10. Discuss/Approve a Certified Survey Map for Mark Kelly.  The property is located at 630 South Maple St., Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin.

11. Discuss/Approve a Certified Survey Map for Jason Heiss, agent on property located at 205 S. Utility St, Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin.

12. Discuss/Approve a Variance and Certified Survey Map for Chris Beckler.  The property is located at W6888 490th St., on property located in part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 26 North, Range 17 West, Town of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin.

13.Discuss/Approve a Site Plan Review for proposed development by Xcel Energy.  The property is located at 163 County Rd C, Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin.

14.Discuss/Approve agreement with Cedar Corporation for up to $5,000.00 to update the existing concept plans and cost estimates for East End utility and street improvements.

19.Closed Session: The Village Board will adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(g) conferring with counsel. Conferring with legal counsel who either orally or in writing will advise governmental body on strategy to be adopted with respect to current or likely litigation. The legal consultation will be on the property located at 245 N. Broadway Street.  

Meeting will reconvene into open session to take or announce action, if any and if appropriate, and to consider other agenda items.
